Manage workspace members and access

Use Settings, then Members, to review who can enter a workspace.The Members page lets you search members, filter by role or status, invite a teammate, change assignable roles, cancel a pending invite, remove a member, and reload the member list if it does not load.## RolesReia shows four roles. Owners have full workspace control. Admins manage settings and members. Members work in the workspace. Guests only see shared deals.Owners are protected in the member table. Their role cannot be changed from the normal role selector, and they cannot be removed from the normal Remove action.## Status and deal accessMember status helps explain access. Active means the person has signed in. Pending means the invite has not been accepted. Unknown means the status is unavailable.Workspace membership is not the same as deal access. Deals stay private unless live access is granted. A teammate can be a workspace member and still need live access for a private deal, while a guest only sees shared deals.
