Troubleshoot common workspace errors

Quick recovery steps for common Reia workspace states.

Most workspace errors recover fastest when you keep the next action small: read the message, refresh the workspace, then retry the exact action once.

Access and loading

For access and loading states, use the named recovery first.

Workspace unavailable starts with Retry workspace; if it still fails, sign out and sign back in. No workspace access found means you should sign in with the invited email, ask the owner to resend the invite, or create a workspace.

If workspace data did not load, refresh the workspace and reopen the deal.

Workspace view

For workspace view errors, keep the recovery narrow.

If the workspace view stopped unexpectedly, select Refresh workspace. If a panel did not open, wait for the workspace to finish loading, then open the panel again from navigation or the command palette.

If a layout is unavailable, open the deal, select a sheet or panel if needed, then retry the layout action.

Page-specific errors

For focused page errors, recover the page before changing more state.

Reload the latest document before editing after a document conflict or error. Open Settings, then Members, and select Reload members if the member list does not load. Refresh Billing and try again if billing usage does not load.

Retry carefully

When retrying, avoid changing several things at once. Repeat the smallest action that failed, then note the exact error text if it fails again.

Contact support if the same error remains after refresh. Include the workspace, deal, page or panel, action you tried, and visible error text.
