Recover from billing and credit errors

What to do when credits, top-ups, or billing access block work.

If Reia says the workspace needs more credits, open Settings, then Billing, and top up the shared workspace balance. Retry the original action after the balance updates.

If Top up does not start

  1. Confirm you are an admin or owner.
  2. Check that the amount is valid.
  3. Refresh Billing and try again.
  4. Contact support if the same error appears again.

If billing stays unavailable

If the payment portal does not open, refresh Billing and try again. If you still cannot open it, ask another workspace admin or owner to try.

If Billing says it is unavailable for the workspace, refresh Reia. If it remains unavailable, contact support with the workspace name and the Billing message.

Retry after credits update

If a file upload, file processing step, or workspace action stops because credits are low, do not retry repeatedly before adding credits. Top up first, confirm the balance, then retry the action once.

Do not send payment details through support messages. Use the payment portal for payment-method changes.
