Data security and privacy basics

Treat deal materials as sensitive. Upload only files that belong in the workspace and that your team is allowed to use in Reia.

Reia is built for serious deal work, so good workspace hygiene matters: keep the deal room focused on the materials your team actually wants to analyze.

Upload only deal-relevant material

Do not upload passwords, API keys, private keys, payment card details, unrelated customer records, or personal data that is not needed for the deal review.

Review before sharing

Before sharing output outside your team, review source references behind material claims, confidential names or values, and any underwriting changes in Inputs, Statements, or Dashboard output.

Be clear whether the work is a draft, reviewed analysis, or final team-approved work.

Contacting support

When contacting support, describe the issue without pasting secrets. The support messenger can include the current page when you are signed in, but it does not automatically send uploaded files, deal materials, or underwriting data.
