Rename, move, download, or trash Library items

Use Library actions to keep deal materials clean after upload.## Available actionsCommon actions include Open, Download, Rename, Move to..., and Move to Trash.Use Open to inspect the selected row, Download when a single file is available for export, Rename for folders and working documents, Move to... for folder cleanup, and Move to Trash when an item should leave the active Library view.You can open these actions from the row menu or from Selection actions after selecting items.## Keep cleanup narrowMove items instead of uploading duplicates when the same material belongs in a different folder.Use Move to Trash only when the item should leave the active Library view.
