How to use Uploads and Processing to follow file work in the Library.

Use Uploads and Processing to follow file work after you add materials to the Library.
The Uploads panel tells you whether the file arrived in the Library. Processing tells you whether the file is ready for source references, file briefs, and Agent questions.
That separation matters. A file can be uploaded and still not be ready for source-heavy Agent work. Processing is where Reia turns raw deal materials into workspace-ready context so later questions, citations, and underwriting updates stay tied to the files you uploaded.
Uploads
Use Uploads to add files and review upload activity. Upload activity can show Planning, Queued, Uploading, Finalizing, Processing, Success, Failed, or Expired.
Processing
Use Processing after files are in the Library. Processing may prepare pages, tables, images, source references, and spreadsheet structure, so larger or messier files can take longer.
Processing can use workspace credits. If only some files start, review the message shown in Reia, check Billing if credits are low, and process the remaining files after the balance is ready.
To process files:
- Select the files or folder you want to process.
- Open Processing.
- Select Process.
- Keep working while Reia processes the files.
- Review Processing later for completed or failed items.
Use Clear to hide finished or failed activity rows. Active rows stay visible.
If processing fails, retry processing once. If the same file fails again, contact support with the deal name, file name, approximate time, and status shown in Reia.
