Organize deal files in the Library
How to keep deal materials findable before underwriting work.

The Library is the deal file workspace for source materials, working documents, folders, tags, and skills.
As files are uploaded, organized, and processed, the Library becomes the source layer for the rest of the deal workspace.
Add and find materials
Upload files or drag them into the Library. Use Uploads to review upload activity, Processing to start or review file processing, and Search to find items.
Library actions can also create a New folder, New document, or New skill.
Organize the Library
Use folders for document type or workflow stage. Use tags for cross-cutting labels, such as tax, debt, rent roll, diligence, or broker support.
Available actions depend on what you select. You can tag files and folders, move them, rename folders or working documents, download a single file, add folders to Favorites, or move items to Trash.
Open Trash and use Put Back to restore an item.
Before Agent work
Before asking the Agent to rely on a file, process it. Processing prepares uploaded files for source review, briefs, and underwriting work.
Processing is more than converting a file to text. Reia reviews document structure, tables, pages, and context so the file can support source references, file briefs, and better Agent answers.
The Skills folder also lives in the Library. Use it for reusable Agent instructions, not source documents.
If processing does not start because credits are low, open Settings, then Billing, and top up the shared workspace balance.
