Share live-deal access
How live-deal permissions work for groups and workspace members.

Live access controls which groups can open a shared deal. It is the deal-level layer on top of workspace membership.
A deal may show Private when no group has access, or a group count when access has been granted.
Can view lets a group open the deal without editing it. Can edit lets the group open and update the same live deal.
Live access is how Reia supports collaborative deal review without forcing every opportunity into the same visibility model. A workspace member still needs live access for a private deal, and a guest only sees deals shared with them.
Grant access
- Open Live access from a deal row.
- Choose a group.
- Choose Can view or Can edit.
- Select Grant access.
Choose access carefully
Use Can edit only when the group should update the live deal. Edits affect everyone who works from that deal.
If you grant access to workspace members, signed-in workspace members can open the deal. Pending invites wait until accepted.
Only deal managers can change live access. If you can view access but cannot change it, ask a manager to grant or remove access.
Use Remove to revoke a group's access. Duplicate the deal when a team needs a separate copy instead of shared edits.
