Rename, move, duplicate, or delete a deal

Use the Actions menu on a deal row to manage that deal from the Deals page. The available actions depend on your access to the deal.

Available actions

Available actions can include Live access..., Duplicate, Rename, Move, and Delete.

Live access... reviews or changes who can open the live deal. Duplicate creates a separate copy and opens it. Rename changes the deal name shown in the portfolio. Move places the deal in a folder or returns it to Unfiled. Delete removes the deal.

When to duplicate or delete

Duplicate a deal when a team needs a separate copy for a different review path. Live-deal edits affect everyone who works from the same shared deal.

Delete only when the deal should be permanently removed from the workspace. If the deleted deal is currently open, Reia clears it from the active workspace.

Some actions may be hidden when your access does not allow that change.
