The Deals page is the portfolio workspace for creating, opening, organizing, and reviewing deals. It can show the Deals table or the portfolio Dashboard.
Use it as the operating layer for active opportunities: move between individual live deal workspaces and portfolio-level review without losing the current lens.
Work from the deal list
The deal table shows the deal, asset, scope, placement, and last update. It is sorted by recent activity so the newest work stays easy to reach.
Use New deal to add an opportunity. Open an existing deal from its row. Use row actions to open Live access, duplicate, rename, move, or delete a deal when your access allows it.
Use Live access when a shared live deal needs view or edit access. Live-deal edits affect everyone working from that shared deal.
Organize review
Use the Deals and Dashboard controls to switch surfaces. Use Stage filter to narrow the current lens, Display to group the table by stage, and Save view when the current lens is worth reusing.
Use folders for ownership, market, mandate, or review batch. Use stages for pipeline status. Use saved views for recurring meetings, manager lists, market reviews, and active diligence lists.
Duplicate a deal when the team needs a separate copy for a different review path.
