Folders, stages, and saved views organize recurring portfolio review. They let you keep a flexible pipeline without turning every review meeting into a manual table filter.
Folders
Use folders for ownership, market, mandate, or review batch.
Select New folder from the portfolio sidebar to create a folder. Use folder actions to create a New subfolder, Rename a folder, or Move it in the portfolio tree.
Stages
Use Stage filter on the Deals page to show All stages, No stage, or a specific stage. Use Display, then Group by stage, to group visible deals by pipeline stage in the table.
Saved views
Use Save view when the current smart page or folder, together with the current stage filter, is useful for repeat review.
Name the view, then select it later from Views in the portfolio sidebar. Saved views are useful for recurring review packets because they preserve the lens, not a static copy of the deals.
Use smart pages for common slices. All shows every deal, Mine shows deals you own, Live access shows shared live deals, Recent shows a short list of recently updated deals, and Unfiled shows deals with no folder.
