Where to open Help when you need product support.

Use Help in the lower-left sidebar when you need product support inside Reia. You can also use the support messenger on the public Reia website when you have a general question or cannot get into the app.
Inside Reia, the support messenger opens without leaving the workspace. If you are signed in, Reia can include the current page so support knows where you were working. From the public website, include the email or workspace name support should use to find the right account.
What not to send
Do not paste passwords, API keys, private keys, payment details, or customer secrets into support messages.
When to contact support
Contact support when you cannot sign in, cannot access a workspace you expect to see, see an upload or processing status that does not clear, find an output or source reference that does not match the workspace, or need help understanding a Reia workflow.
Reia does not automatically send your uploaded files, deal materials, or underwriting data through the support message. Include only the minimum context needed to troubleshoot.
If Help is disabled
If the Help button is disabled, refresh Reia and try again. If it is still unavailable, contact a workspace admin or owner.
