How to select files, folders, and documents before using Library actions.

Use selection when you want one Library action to apply to several files, folders, or working documents at once.

Select rows

Click a row to select it. Use Shift-click to select a range. Use Command-click on Mac or Ctrl-click on Windows to add or remove one row from the current selection. Right-click a row to open its row menu; if the row was not selected, Reia selects that row first.

Use selection actions

When items are selected, the Library toolbar shows Selection actions. Common actions include Download, Rename, Add to favorites or Remove from favorites, Move to..., and Move to Trash. Available actions depend on the selected item types and your access. If a mixed selection has no shared action, Reia shows No common actions.

Use Move to... when selected items need a different folder. You can also drag selected items onto an enabled folder. Reia will not offer folder moves when the target is locked or unavailable.

Download appears for a single downloadable file. Rename appears for one folder or working document. Move to Trash removes selected items from the active Library view. In Trash, the primary action changes to Put Back.

System folders

System folders, such as Skills, can be opened but do not expose normal rename, move, or trash actions. Keep uploaded files and reusable skills separate so the Library stays easy to search and review.
