Rename, move, download, or trash Library items

Use Library actions to keep deal materials clean after upload.

Available actions

Common actions include Open, Download, Rename, Move to..., and Move to Trash.

Open inspects the selected row. Download exports a single available file. Rename applies to folders and working documents. Move to... cleans up folder placement. Move to Trash removes an item from the active Library view.

You can open these actions from the row menu or from Selection actions after selecting items.

Keep cleanup narrow

Move items instead of uploading duplicates when the same material belongs in a different folder.

Use Move to Trash only when the item should leave the active Library view. Open Trash if you need to restore it.
