Use Reia outputs with the source trail

How to work with answers, input updates, dashboard values, and memo drafts.

Reia outputs are designed to be reviewable. Answers, input updates, statement values, dashboard output, and memo drafts stay most useful when the source trail stays close to the work.

Keep the source trail close

Use source references behind material assumptions, compare extracted figures against original files, and inspect underwriting changes in Inputs, Statements, and Dashboard output from the same workspace.

Reia is strongest when the review loop is tight. Revenue, expenses, NOI, debt terms, capex, taxes, scanned tables, conflicting documents, and valuation drivers can all be inspected with the surrounding context still attached.

Use the output as the next workspace action. If an answer names a supported assumption, inspect or update the Input. If it explains a statement line, open Statements. If it changes the deal read, check Dashboard and Graph. If it is memo-ready, move the conclusion into a working document with the source nearby.

Strengthen the source trail

If a figure needs more support, ask the Agent for the source trail, inspect the original file, compare the relevant documents, or update the assumption with the right source. Keep unresolved items as diligence questions so the next reviewer can see what is known, what changed, and what still needs support.
