What to do when Reia asks you to check your inbox before signing in.

Reia may ask you to confirm your email before you can sign in, create a workspace, or join an invited workspace.

Confirm the email

  1. Open the inbox for the email shown on the screen.
  2. Find the confirmation email.
  3. Follow the confirmation link.
  4. Return to Reia.
  5. Use Back to sign in or Back to join workspace, then sign in again.

If the email does not arrive

If the email does not arrive, select Resend confirmation. Reia shows Confirmation email sent when the resend succeeds.

If resend fails, wait a moment and try again. If the address is wrong, go back to Sign in, Create workspace, or Join workspace and enter the correct email.
