Use Agent slash commands

Which slash commands are useful during normal Agent work.

Slash commands are shortcuts you can type into Ask about this deal. They keep Agent work fast when you want to mention files, branch a response, or check chat status without leaving the composer.

Useful commands

  • /mention starts a file mention.
  • /skills browses skills when a deal is open.
  • /status shows current chat status after at least one message has run.
  • /fork branches from the current response after it finishes.
  • /model opens advanced response controls when they are available.

Use a command

  1. Type / in the composer.
  2. Choose a command from the popup, or keep typing the command name.
  3. Press Enter.

Some commands are hidden while the Agent is answering, before a deal is open, or before a chat has enough history for that command.

Leave advanced controls at their defaults unless your team or support asks you to change them.
