Agent chat has controls for staying in flow while Reia works. Use them when you need to interrupt a response, send a pending follow-up, revise an earlier turn, or move through a long transcript.
Composer shortcuts
Press Alt+/ to show the chat shortcuts overlay. The composer supports / for commands, @ for files, Enter to send, Shift+Enter for a newline, Esc to close overlays or interrupt active work, and Ctrl+C to clear the composer.
While Reia is working
When Reia is working, esc interrupt appears in the footer. Use it when the current response is going in the wrong direction or you need to stop before more work runs. If you type another message while work is active, Reia can show it as pending or queued. Use opt+up when the footer offers edit for a queued message.
Use rollback when you want to revise an earlier user message in the same path. With an empty composer, no popup open, and no response streaming, press Esc to prime rollback, press Esc again to move to prior messages, and press Enter to confirm. The earlier message returns to the composer so you can edit and resend.
Longer transcripts
Use the transcript reader for longer chats. It gives you a focused transcript view with keyboard scrolling, page movement, Home/End jumps, and q or Esc to close. Use Jump to latest message when you have scrolled away from the newest response and want to return to the active edge of the conversation.
