Save, apply, and pin workspace layouts

Use Layouts when you want to reuse a workspace arrangement. A layout saves the deal sheets and panel arrangement that make a review flow comfortable.

Open Layouts from the workspace rail. The menu can include Pinned layouts, Presets, and My Layouts.

Layouts help turn repeated review styles into one action, so the workspace can snap back to the way your team likes to analyze deals.

Save and pin

Use Save Current to save every deal sheet and each sheet's panel layout as a reusable layout. Give it a clear name, and choose an icon if you want it to be easier to scan.

Use Pin when a layout should stay easy to reach from the Pinned section.

Apply or delete

Applying a layout replaces every deal sheet and each sheet's panel layout. Reia saves a backup layout automatically so you can revert when needed.

Deleting a saved layout permanently removes that layout template. It does not delete the deal.
