Retry when the workspace is unavailable

How to recover when Reia shows Workspace unavailable during setup.

Workspace unavailable means Reia could not finish opening your workspace yet. Start with Retry workspace, then confirm you are signed in with the right email.

Retry access

Select Retry workspace and wait for Reia to refresh access. If the same message returns, sign out and sign in again with the email that should have access.

If the message returns

If you were invited, confirm you are using the invited email. If you recently created a workspace, confirm your email before signing in again.

Contact support if Retry workspace and signing in again do not recover access. Include the email you used and the exact message on screen.
