Create a Reia skill

A Reia skill is a reusable instruction document for Agent work. Create a skill when your team keeps reusing the same review pattern, memo style, diligence checklist, or analysis workflow.

Create the skill

Create skills from the Library. Open the deal, go to Library, choose New skill, and Reia creates an Untitled Skill in the Skills folder. The skill opens as an editable document.

Start by replacing the setup values at the top. Use a lowercase hyphenated name, then write a description that explains what the skill does and when Reia should use it.

Keep it narrow

Good skills are narrow. A rent-roll review skill should describe the exact rent-roll checks you expect. An investment-memo skill should name the memo sections, source expectations, and review standard. A vague skill like "help with underwriting" is harder for Reia to apply well.

After you save the skill, open Agent chat and use /skills or type $ to browse available skills. Select the skill when you want that turn to follow its workflow.

If creation fails

If the Skills folder is unavailable or the skill does not open after creation, refresh the workspace and try again.
