Input markers show extra context behind a value. Use them before relying on a material assumption or changing a number someone else reviewed.## Marker detailsOpen the marker next to an Input to review available details. Info gives a short explanation of the field. Source shows the visible source note for the value. History shows prior value changes when history is available.Source notes are review aids. They may name the document, call, prior review, or analyst adjustment that supports the value. If the source note is missing or unclear, add a concise note when you know the source.## Value historyValue history helps answer what changed and when. Use it to compare the prior value with the current value, then decide whether the change needs a memo note, a teammate review, or a source check. When reviewing a source or value change, ask whether the source supports the current value, whether the change was intentional, whether it affects a statement row, dashboard metric, or investment conclusion, and whether the source note or working document should be updated. If history is unavailable, use the visible source note, original files, and workspace activity to reconstruct the review trail. Contact support if a material value change cannot be explained.
