Review credit usage and activity

How to understand where workspace credits went.

Workspace admins and owners can use Billing to review credit balance, usage, credit activity, and top-up history.

Usage helps connect workspace activity to the product surfaces your team is using, such as chat, storage, uploads, processing, and live deals. It is meant for operational review, not pricing analysis.

Usage

The Usage section shows daily credits used and grouped totals. Start with the Feature view when you need a quick explanation of where credits went. Use the 7d, 30d, and 90d controls to compare recent activity, then open detailed records only when you need support context.

Activity and top-ups

Credit activity shows recent charges, credits, and released holds. Each row shows the product area, status, time, details when available, and the credit amount.

Top-ups shows recent payment activity. A top-up may show as Credited, Paid, crediting, Refunded, or Partially refunded.

Review a question

When reviewing usage, first make sure the selected period matches the question. Compare daily usage against major workspace activity, use Credit activity to inspect recent charges and credits, and use Top-ups to confirm payment activity.

Contact support if usage does not match expected workspace work.

When contacting support about credits, include the workspace name, approximate date range, what Billing section you reviewed, and any visible row labels or status text. Do not send payment details through support messages.
