Portfolio scenarios let you review how the Dashboard changes when close timing or included deals change. Use them for portfolio discussion, pipeline review, and quick sensitivity work before opening individual deal workspaces.Open Deals, switch to Dashboard, then open Scenario. The Scenario section shows Default close, State, Overrides, and Excluded so you can see whether the rollup is still using default assumptions or has been modified.Default close month applies to deals that do not have their own close-month override. Use the `-` and `+` controls to move the default close month earlier or later. A default close of Now means the rollup uses the current month.Per-deal close months let you adjust one deal without changing the rest of the rollup. A deal row shows Uses default, Override, or Excluded. Use Exclude when a deal should stay visible in the current view but should not count in the Dashboard rollup.Scenario changes are for portfolio Dashboard review. They help you discuss timing, contribution, and exposure quickly. Open the underlying deal workspace when you need to inspect or change the assumptions that support a result.
