The Deals table is the operating list for portfolio work. It shows the current lens, sorted by most recent activity, so you can move from portfolio review into the right live deal workspace quickly. ## Choose a lens Use the portfolio sidebar to choose a smart page, folder, or saved view. All shows every deal. Mine shows deals you own. Live access shows shared live deals. Recent shows the most recently updated deals. Unfiled shows deals that are not inside a folder. Use Stage filter to narrow the current lens to All stages, No stage, or one stage. Use Display, then Group by stage, when you want the table grouped by pipeline stage instead of one flat list. ## Scan the table The table columns are meant for quick scanning. Deal shows the opportunity name. Asset shows the asset label when available. Scope explains whether the deal is yours or shared. Placement shows folder or stage context. Updated shows the latest activity time. The visible count above the table tells you how many deals remain after the current lens and filter. Open a deal from its row. Use row actions for Live access, Duplicate, Rename, Move, or Delete when your access allows those actions. This mirrors the rest of Reia: important actions are usually reachable from the visible row, a contextual menu, or a named command. Use Save view when the current smart page or folder plus the current stage filter is a lens you will reuse. Saved views are best for recurring pipeline meetings, market reviews, active diligence lists, or manager-specific work lists.
