Invite teammates to a workspace

Use Settings, then Members, to invite teammates into the workspace.

Invite a teammate

1. Open Members.
2. Select Invite member.
3. Enter the teammate's email address.
4. Select a role.
5. Select Invite.

Choose a role

Reia shows four workspace roles. Owners have full workspace control. Admins manage settings and members. Members work in the workspace. Guests only see shared deals.

Choose Guest when someone should enter only the deals that have been shared with them. Choose Member, Admin, or Owner only when broader workspace access is appropriate.

After the invite

Pending means the invite has not been accepted yet. Active means the teammate has signed in. Unknown means status is unavailable.

Workspace membership does not make every deal visible. Deals stay private until live access is granted.
